BB is on the lookout for an CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE MANAGER. Positive with professional manners, top-notch operational, organisational and people skills with meticulous attention to detail, flexible and above all willing and able. You will manage the functions of a busy office, inventory, orders, customer service, website product content, assist with research and planning and the team where necessary. You will work closely with the founder and be part of a small enthusiastic and hardworking team.

Essential Skills and Requirements
- A keen interest in fashion and footwear and an understanding of a vegetarian/vegan/ethical as well as mainstream concept fashion lifestyle
- Knowledge and previous experience in a fashion or footwear company
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of the internet and social networks
- Creative and enthusiastic
- Flexibility is expected in regards to work hours
- Contribute to and participate in cross-departmental tasks as requested
- Commercial drive
- Excellent command of the English language, creativity, and overall writing skills.
- Graphic Design skills preferable - Adobe Photoshop
You will be joining us at an early stage of our growth and will be expected to lead while rolling your sleeves up and delivering. It's a great opportunity to learn all the nuts and bolts of a company.
The position is full time and based in South West London (Mortlake). The start date is February 20th.
